The 3 year old is starting basketball skills and his team is called the Grizzlies so a Memphis Grizzlies T shirt was in order. Just the logo on the shirt so not really a Memphis fan or anything.

The 5 year old is of a bit different spirit and at the moment team sports aren’t likely for him.
He is going to be starting Kids Shoalin any suggestions on something to get him?

I don’t know if they even make them for kids that young, but Asics wrestling shoes are great for MA. If they do make kids sizes, don’t go with expensive “Dan Gable” wrestling shoes; they’re too stiff. Get something with a flexible sole.

One of my coworkers back east has a son who is deeply into Wushu. I think he's 10 now. Going strong, and at his young age the boy is loving it. Over the years guys & gals in the crews would gift him various stuff.

His mother is a big believer in treatment after classes. Stretching at home even after stretching in class, ointments, etc. One of the guys came across this article from 2014 for his mother when he was just starting out.

Hope this helps.

When I was a young snapper learning kung fu just about any kind of tradtional Chinese weapon was a source of intense fascination to me. Swords, staff, butterfly knives, chain whip, 3-sectional staff, nunchaku... Depends on how much you want to spend.
