Long story short, about 12 days ago, the Grayguns website was hit by a bunch of nefarious bots that slammed the server, causing database errors and some downtime. It was a short-lived issue that was resolved within an hour or so.

Our host suggested server changes to help block "bad" bots, but their implementation ended up restricting Google and Bing search bots. Google and Bing did not like that one bit, and our search visibility suffered. Thankfully, a staff member noticed something seemed off and contacted me the day before yesterday; I finally figured it out and implemented a fix.

Please take a few moments this weekend to browse around the Grayguns website and do some reading. Just open a new tab in your browser and enter grayguns.com and check out the site. Search engines will notice the increase in traffic and (hopefully) start crawling sooner, making pages more visible.

No need to make a purchase, just visit pages and products and do a bit of reading. You may find something new! Please spend 30 to 60 seconds or so on the pages you view.

But if you do elect to make a purchase, use the coupon code sigforum-thx to get free shipping on everything but firearms, custom slides and closeout items. The coupon expires Sunday at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Many thanks for considering my request. If you have any questions, let me know.

Steve

Evil exists. You can not negotiate with, bribe or placate evil. You're not going to be able to have it sit down with Dr. Phil for an anger management session either.

Done as requested. Still have the P938 that you installed your trigger in. It is my favorite EDC.

Sorry to learn about the problems, but it was good to be reminded of the many products and services offered.

Sorry to hear about the issue, but happy to help. Lots to see on the site, someone's been busy! Smile

Searched "SIG gunsmith" on Google and DuckDuckGo just now - you're #4 on Google and #3 on DDG.

He he he... Started browsing and then found Bruce Gray's Sig Armorers P-Series DVDs... went over to the sister site and ordered that. Unfortunately, the sister site doesn't honor the shipping code.

No worries, both are great sites and I'm eyeing the P-Series Custom Strut system. I have a German P220 that could use that upgrade. Beautifully designed guns.

Thanks for the nudge to get me to the sites!

Thank you! You may have picked up one of the last DVDs OpSpec Training has available. I think I have one left.
