I have a new remote here, well almost. It was used twice just long enough the second time when I called in for them to determine that Direct's customer service sent the wrong one the first time. This one is eight inches long, at the top there is a three position switch with AV1, AV2, TV on it. Model number RC66RX. Can anybody use it?
