Ask your Doc about diclofenac sodium 75 mg tablets, I have had many attacks in my feet and ankles of Gout. It began when prescribed BP meds with a strong diuretic which caused the first bout of Gout with it on a trip to Houston. Had no clue what caused it or what it was, GP prescribed medication to mediate the uric acid in my body and to reduce the flare ups. Gout is arthritis, the diclofenac sodium 75 mg helps reduce the swelling that comes with it and that is typically what causes the pain. Since changing BP meds the attacks are less frequent, GP didn't know about the effects of the BP pills and assumed it was diet related, my research showed the BP medication link. Link

not sure of the dosage, but my ortho gave me a script for Diclofenac when I was in for the neck disc issues, did not take many, so I have a bottle or so left, they are fantastic for when shit hurts and advil just won't cut it, 1 pill every 12 was the dosage, I'll take one if I am sore from something overly physical, after about 2 hrs, I know I am hurting but it does not hurt, not messed up either, just hurts 95% less, if that makes sense, I don't take it and advil, but will use the over the counter cream, and an advil, once in a while if my knee(s) are troublesome https://chandlersfirearms.com/chesterfield-armament/
