Thinking one day and got to wondering about the below situation. Wether your laying in bed and your arm falls asleep or your sitting on the toilet to long and your legs fall asleep. Is there stress added to your heart when your limbs fall asleep? Does it effect your blood pressure? Then, is there an equal response (lower BP) say when you stand up and are regaining circulation?

My right arm starts to fall asleep when sitting up in bed. I did not understand what my doctor said, but she did not seem to be concerned. __________________________________________________ If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bullshit! Sigs Owned - A Bunch

The limb/s that are "falling asleep" is usually due to pressure on nerves. The pressure has stopped the nerve impulses from traveling through the nerve. You perceive it as "asleep" it is basically a nerve block via pressure. Once you remove the pressure, the nerve regains it's conductivity.
