This is remarkable. Truly alarming, quite stunning and a clear example of how corrupt the FBI agency is.
There was a very disturbing article in the Los Angeles Times, warning criminal aliens of a pending ICE operation sweep that was coming to the LA area. The source for the advanced tip-off were indicated within the reporting to be FBI officials in Washington DC.

Today, it appears that Dept of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is confirming the leak came from the FBI as she says, “The FBI is so corrupt. We will work with any and every agency to stop leaks and prosecute these crooked deep state agents to the fullest extent of the law.”

The head of the DHS is saying the FBI is “corrupt.” We know it is. All evidence has always pointed to this; however, it is remarkable to see the DHS Secretary saying this publicly.

DC guardians and defenders will not be mad at the FBI for leaking the ICE operation. In the twisted world created by DC mindset, this is going to make the DC administrative state very angry at Noem for speaking the truth.

CALIFORNIA – Federal law enforcement agents are planning to carry out a “large scale” immigration enforcement action in the Los Angeles area before the end of February, according to an internal government document reviewed by The Times.

The operation, which would be spearheaded by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, will focus on people who do not have legal status in the country or who already have pending orders of removal, according to the document, which was circulated among some federal law enforcement officials this week.

Although immigration operations have been ramped up across the country since President Trump took office, no sweeping actions have taken place in L.A., a city Trump repeatedly criticized during his presidential campaigns.

ICE did not respond to a request for comment.

A federal law enforcement source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity for fear of reprisals, said agents with the FBI and the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Los Angeles field offices are being called in to assist.

“They needed more bodies,” the official said.

A former federal law enforcement official, who said they had been informed about the recent preparations but spoke on the condition of anonymity fearing retaliation, also said FBI agents were being ordered to participate in pending ICE “raids” in Los Angeles. Neither of the officials could provide an exact time frame for the potential actions. (read more)

And the FBI agents are bewildered on why they are being investigated and possibly placed on administrative leave pending termination? I’m sure there are some agents that are exemplary, but the rotten apples gotta go. Resistance is futile.

This is no different than letting known drug dealers be aware that a big indictment is coming down with multiple arrests. I am sure there is a Federal statute that allows these types of leaks to prosecuted under obstruction of justice charges.

When government agents actually get some hard time you will see a dramatic shift in their perspective.

Some firings. And then some prosecutions. If you can’t be trusted with that data your job here is done. No appeal, pack your desk and see ya.

Yeah, no.

The difference is the FBI’s boss told everyone that this was coming. They campaigned on it for nearly a year. This isn’t a huge secret and everyone who has been paying attention knows that it is coming.

Attorney General Pam Bondi promised that her office will 'come after' whomever leaked a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) memo that revealed the location of the next major raids.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/ne...tion-raids-memo.html

The leaker, who has not yet been revealed, made it known that agents are poised to carry out a 'large scale' action in Los Angeles before the end of this month.

Bondi, speaking from outside Super Bowl 59 at the New Orleans Superdome, made it clear that the attorney general's office will not tolerate this.

'If anyone leaks anything, people don't understand that jeopardizes the lives of our great men and women in law enforcement, and if you leaked it, we will find out who you are and we will come after you.

I’d pursue federal criminal conspiracy charges against both the leaker and every illegal arrested when the raids do begin.

The illegals.

Yes, charge each illegal with violating 18 USC §371:

quote:
If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

As they say, “the right hand doesn’t need to know what the left hand is doing” in a conspiracy.

Then offer each illegal a deal: plea to a federal felony (waiving the right to appeal), accept immediate deportation (“sign here, here is the plane to get on”), and the prison sentence is suspended. Return, and you get caught, you do the conspiracy sentence, plus the sentence for illegally entering the US. If they don’t accept the plea, the illegals are held in federal custody until their trial, 18-24 months away, what with the scope of the investigation, and when convicted, it’s five more years in prison, followed by deportation and permanent bar from reentry.

The Leaker

Then take every accepted plea deal, and use that now rock solid evidence of conspiracy to charge the leaker with one count for each accepted deal, making it clear the fed.gov is seeking CONSECUTIVE sentences. Then offer the leaker a deal: 22 years in prison. Otherwise, it’s 24-36 months pretrial, followed by essentially a life sentence.

If it's true then the fbi 'source(s)' should be identified, terminated and prosecuted. Go after the media for divulging the leak.

But I wouldn't believe anything that a liberal news source says these days. We've seen to many past instances of reporters/news organizations making up stories based on an anonymous source.

if that FBI agent is identified, he needs to be detained at GitMo as an enemy of the State until he has his trial.

No more fucking around.

Tom Homan Has a Clue Where the ICE Leaks Are Coming From...and It's Not Surprising

https://townhall.com/tipsheet/...-surprising-n2652021

President Donald J. Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, has a leaker problem. It reared its ugly head when Immigration and Customs Enforcement raids in Aurora, Colorado, were made public. It happened again over the weekend, with The Los Angeles Times being tipped off on a massive ICE raid in the city in the coming days and having sensitive documents to corroborate the operation.

Leaks in government aren’t new, and they were pervasive under the first Trump presidency. With the Left’s affinity for illegal immigration, there was no doubt some self-righteous and unelected clown was going to tip off the public. Homan says that in the search for the leaker, some of the trails lead back to the FBI. The person who leaked the Aurora operation has been identified.

"Well, look, we think it's coming from inside. We know the first leak of Aurora is under current investigation. We think we identified that person."

"The California leak, Secretary Noem, she's correct on some of the information we are receiving tends to lead toward the FBI."

"I talked to the Deputy Attorney General all this weekend. They've opened up a criminal investigation and they have promised that not only will this person lose their job and lose their pension, they will go to jail."

"They're going to criminally prosecute."

"We are sending a strong message."

"This is not a game. So DHS and DOJ are connected at the hip to hold these people responsible in a criminal fashion."

The media and Dems will say that Trump can’t fire the leakers. Then they will find some wing nut judge appointed by Obama who will issue a stay so DOJ will have to waste resources escalating the case to appellate courts or higher. Watching the Dems and the media work together against the will of the people and our country’s best interests seems to be something that Hillary’s buddy Saul Alinsky would have been very proud of.

I want to read this every day several times and for it to apply to different people each time.

This is the key that will turn the ignition and start the entire engine of reform humming. Prosecutions and serious jail times. Not just a few to make examples of but all who knowingly and purposely work against not Trump but this country.

This absolutely needs to happen. I am hopeful but the fact I have never seen one single person be held accountable to the point of going to prison does give some doubt. Seems the only satisfaction we ever get is some tough talk and drama moments in a congressional hearing then everyone goes out to dinner together. It's not enough that agencies like USAID are just shut down but those who grifted tax payer dollars need to be investigated, put on trial and suffer consequences of the law including full restitution going back to the tax payers. Start with Samantha Powers.

Things like this have been going on for decades at FBI. Robert Hanssen spied for the Russians for years. And Boston FBI jumped right into bed with Whitey Bulger. I cant help but think that someone helped Bulger remain hidden in plain sight for years after his indictments. Someone at FBI?
