Need reference for a stamp dealer in Michigan.

Anybody in Michigan have any suggestions for a dealer in stamps that can appraise a collection?

A friend has a inherited collection and wants a appraisal and to possibly sell them.

She asked me, I'm at a total loss where to go at this point.
