Yep. This was during the ISIS/ISIL insurgencies when they captured Jordanian pilot Muath al-Kasaesbeh and burned him alive in a cage. King Abdullah also was shown in some videos flying sorties. If you understand Hama Rules, this video was meant to show Jordanian resolve and strength of it's leader Under Hama Rules, one match strength with strength to gain respect of the adversary.
