I don't think you'll notice any difference. That state is already populated with some of the stupidest people on the planet.

All you have to do is look at the form of government they think is acceptable. You don't need to know anything beyond that. Drooling fucking imbeciles is what they are.

We should do this in other professions: no legal training? Here's you license to practice law. Need to practice medicine? No prob, here's a certificate. Did you say law enforcement? Engineering? Mechanic? Here ya go; certification to practice. Now every one should be happy.

Yep, teachers in this state are pretty poor. Products of every middling college offering education degrees. Education programs are cash cows for universities.
