Good move. Somehow I get stuck with these issues,unless it it something she exclusively uses. Hopefully you will get better delivery guys this time. I think given your experience I just might utilize a local appliance store if I have to replace an appliance. My water heater replacements went well this time using a local plumber. I paid a little more but did not have to deal with Home Depot subcontractors who did a poor job installing the previous water heaters. Good luck.
