Purchased a 407K RDS a while back. In zeroing in the sight, I apparently botoomed out the Up/Down adjustment screw(First RDS).
Contacted C/S. Filled out claim form. Was issued R/A w/shipping label.
No qustions asked.
Sent out the RDS and within 7 days received brand new RDS.
THATS how C/S should work!!!!!!!

I lost some of the small little turret caps while zeroing at the range. I called them trying to buy some and they sent me 7 for no fee, I only asked for 1.

I know it's Chinese made but I think Holosun does it right.

I was charging the battery on a 507k at the range and dropped the tiny screw for the battery tray. Naturally it disappeared into the grass. I contacted Holosun to order some replacements but they sent me mounting screws. Got in touch again and they sent me 2 correct screws and a battery tray. I offered to pay but there was no charge.
