Just maintain your situational awareness.

Lots to do - and eat - in Las Vegas obviously!

May the angels watch over you on 93.
It's gotten better but for years there were probably trails in Vietnam that were more safe.

I was there last weekend.

Everything was back to normal. Didn't look like Vegas even skipped a beat.

My Uber drivers said that everyone's mood was down for about a week. But it's all back to normal now.

Check out Ellis Island restaurant on Koval street paralleling the strip. Cold beer and cheap steak special.

I love Vegas, but don't know if I could take five days. Regardless, I love Vegas - have a great time.

I am proctoring a professional credentials exam on Wednesday, doing test prep work most of Tuesday, and then a 2 day industry conference Thursday and Friday.

Everything is at the Westin so I'd like to get back to Caesars and the Venetian just to walk around a bit

Was in Vegas 10/5-10/10. Strip was the strip. Casinos were the usual. Stayed at the Cosmo. Only thing different was the two cops outside the nightclub in my hotel and what seemed like a slight increase in hotel security. Folks didn't seem on edge or anything. Had a great time and tipped big because cancellations were running 3x normal from what I heard. Don't know if you love Vegas or just tolerate it but have fun.

A song for your trip:

My favorite line:

"..didn't nobody tell you - the House will always win..."

Understand that and you can have a great time there. Big Grin

Hope you have a nice room and a good expense account, Vegas ain't cheap.

I spent 5 days there a few years back, working SEMA, I hated it. Since then I only do one day at SEMA, come down the night before leave by 3 PM the next day.

5-days in Vegas, yesh...

Drink plenty of non-alcoholic fluids, all that AC air in the desert will screw-up your sinus'. There's plenty of good food off-the-Strip, don't think that Vegas is just that one street.

I married my bride there 25 years ago.

Recently she asked if we could go there on vacation. I said, "Hell no, look what happened last time we went there!". Then the fight started. Wink
