Is this an application that might be served by a Sharepoint Server?

MS Outlook will serve some of your needs, but you might have to get creative for it to work on an Android platform.

I've given up trying to get all these to sync and just use the google calendar app. Seems to work fine and you can check as long as you have an internet connection.

Google Calendar will most likely be the first option to look at. GMail or G Suite accounts are necessary of course. If this is for business use, I'd suggestion G Suite ($5 per month, per account) but for free, just the regular GMail version.

Evil exists. You can not negotiate with, bribe or placate evil. You're not going to be able to have it sit down with Dr. Phil for an anger management session either.

Google calendar works fine for me.

You can allow individuals to see it (read-only), or to see it and add to / change it (read-write).

The price is right, FREE, and it's multi-platform. If you have a web browser, you can use it.

If you want something a little more robust than Google calendar:

It's cross platform and free.
