LOL, that would do it. My wife is Mid level OCD our neighbor (female from Louisiana)has a bag of dog shit hanging on a limb for over a month now. It’s getting close to the point that my wife is going to walk past her game camera grab the bag of dog shit stop at the camera smile and throw the bag at her sliding door.

I don't think you have to be OCD to be annoyed.
