Very interesting. I do not recall previously seeing a picture of this part of Australia.

beautiful picture but that is so weird. I would be weirded out if I was in the middle of that. Seems like an alien world.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Not quite what I expected to see here but I really like it. Reminds me there is beauty in all shapes and forms.

Thanks, club.

Reminds me vaguely of Goblin Valley State Park in Utah. Nice pic!

Thus the metric system did not really catch on in the States, unless you count the increasing popularity of the nine-millimeter bullet.

Amazing in all that desolation. Life is still clinging tenaciously to the base of one of the uprights
