I need a time tracking app to help me track hours across projects. I don't need an attorney billing system, I need something that let's me track non-billable against a list of projects.

I am tentatively looking at toggl.com at getharvest.com as possibilities. I'd like to pay for it, but a little less than 12/month and a bit more than free, 'cause if it's free, I figure I'm the product...
