I watched it live! I had all the Tv's in the house on and tuned to different channels. I had my computer on CSPAN panning killery's crowd. I was watching MSNBC at the moment because I could not get enough of Rachel Madow's hang dog expression. She was so beaten and dejected.

It's not a petition, but his interviews are a similar genre and IMO his best was end women's suffrage interviews:
