I'm looking at houses and find a really nice one, meets all out criteria, priced so I would actually break even, maybe make a profit when I sold the existing one. Then I saw the shed. It's about the size of a single garage. Workbench on one end. Covered "window" for an a/c unit. Multiple outlets at bench height. Two overhead lights, a half-loft, it's own breaker-box, and buried supply lines. I'm gonna put in a bunk and live there !

I still don't know if mama will support the move, but we shall see. She appeared to like the house.

A funny story in the paper a few years back. It profiled guys who rented mini storage space, then set them up like a 'man cave'. It was almost like a deer camp without traveling to deer camp.
