Plan 9 from Outerspace does not qualify as a bad film due to its monumental camp value. Countless film fans have gotten countless laughs from that film.

PerceptionSomeone else said Clan of the Cave Bear, and I second that. I had a friend in college that picked it out because of the cover.
I watched the whole thing wondering when the movie was going to start. Then it was over. The entire movie should have been condensed into a 5 minute intro for a movie that actually didn't suck.
"The people hate the lizards and the lizards rule the people."
"Odd," said Arthur, "I thought you said it was a democracy."
"I did," said Ford, "it is."
"So," said Arthur, hoping he wasn't sounding ridiculously obtuse, "why don't the people get rid of the lizards?"
"It honestly doesn't occur to them. They've all got the vote, so they all pretty much assume that the government they've voted in more or less approximates the government they want."
"You mean they actually vote for the lizards."
"Oh yes," said Ford with a shrug, "of course."
"But," said Arthur, going for the big one again, "why?"
"Because if they didn't vote for a lizard, then the wrong lizard might get in." June 15, 2017, 04:30 PM

Yeah, that movie is stinko. It should have been called
The Boogen, singular, 'cause there was only one of them.

MikitoOrdinary People. I had to watch this during a high school retreat. I was feeling suicidal by the end.
Second nomination is The Accidental Tourist.
I am surprised nobody has mentioned that pirate movie with Geena Davis.

ArtieSAny movie in which Albert Brooks appears. Honestly. I nearly killed myself at Lost in America.

Captain MorganJaws 3D. I wished the shark ate everyone.
Halloween 3 Season of the Witch. Had it been called just Season of the Witch it would have made it a better movie for me.

I like it.
And even if it was nothing but the Les Grossman scenes I'd still like it.
It may be Cruise's best work outside of action films.
Awesome silly movie.

2010ChallengerI have one that I doubt anyone can top, "End Of The Road", starring James Earl Jones and Stacy Keatch. What a load. Full of itself, and more. Just wait till you see "Chicken Man", and the train station scene. And there's an abortion scene too. Wow. It gets 6.8 out of 10 stars on IMDB. There must be bribes or drugs involved. A little taste of this mess:

92fstechHairspray, with a cross-dressing John Travolta in a fat suit. Saw it on an airplane, back in the days before everyone had their own seatback TV, so you were pretty much trapped and subjected to whatever they showed on the big screen. That movie was awful.
