You, Sir, are absolutely correct. In his short time with us, morale plummeted. And his hand-picked successor made it even worse. Lots of good people left as mediocre sycophants were promoted into newly created "director" and "VP" positions that we'd somehow been able to function without previously.

Worked for a large snack food company years ago, and one year us salesman had a very good year and up our sales over 20%. One day our district manager went on vacation to Hawaii. A month later we found out his trip was free because of the good sales we done. Nice. |
