I have questions....
If white paint is determined to be racist, must all other colors be tested for potential racist overtones?
What about bleach? Bleach turns things from color, to white? Is that racist as well?
What if titanium dioxide is determined to be racist, and then decides to identify as another color or simply as not being racist? What then?

Chemours which used to be part of Dupont is one of the largest suppliers of white pigment aka titanium dioxide. It is a very profitable business. Titanium dioxide goes in Oreo cookies and makes white paper even whiter. Also in toothpaste. Yeah black filling in oreos and black paper to write on.

Perhaps in lesser colleges. Typically a proposal needs to be carefully written and then presented to the graduate faculty in order to go forward. Admittedly some of the past research was ridiculous. Senator Proxmire used to hand out the Golden Fleece award. Here is one winner:
