Artie I'm very sorry for your loss. When you know its time, you know. Be strong for Karma while you can. __________________________ The entire reason for the Second Amendment is not for hunting, it’s not for target shooting … it’s there so that you and I can protect our homes and our children and and our families and our lives. And it’s also there as fundamental check on government tyranny. Sen Ted Cruz

My heartfelt condolences. For me the loss of an equine friend (4 over the years), was harder than the loss of many dogs and cats. Horses are special creatures.

You have my deepest sympathy. Over the last 27 years I have knelt bedside hundreds of people like you and watched their best friend take its last breath. An old man once told me in your life, if you're lucky, you'll have one good woman, one good dog, and one good horse. Sounds like you had yours. May karma rest in peace. Tommy

Thank you everyone. This online grace from my distant friends is truly comforting. "I vowed to myself to fight against evil more completely and more wholeheartedly than I ever did before. . . . So sorry to hear this Artie. Feel blessed that Karma chose you to share his life with for those wonderful 15 years. I know your heart is very heavy now but you have some many wonderful memories that will be with you forever and will often bring you joy. As Bob Seger said "those are the memories that make me a wealthy soul"

I'm so sorry, Artie. Our lives are vastly improved by their presence in them. "We're all travelers in this world. From the sweet grass to the packing house. Birth 'til death. We travel between the eternities."
