Ok guys, thanks to all who made suggestions. I saw an ATT store this afternoon here in the city, went in, and asked for their help. They told us it wasn’t supposed to be possible for calls to come through to the apple watch number and not go through the phone.

We all finally decided the best and simplest course was to just cancel the apple watch number so we did that. Saving us $14/month and theoretically eliminating the problem.

The super cool Dick Tracy 2 Way wrist radio won’t work when she doesn’t have her phone with her though.
