Another Best Bourbon Article
I don't drink much Bourbon as I prefer Canadian. However, I always find these things interesting.

I generally find them predictable, disappointing, and in this case, very pedestrian. Nothing pictured would be my choice, though some gems are buried in the copy. And shopping links in an article like this make me question motive.

Looks more or less like the bourbon shelf of every airport bar in the US.

One of the things I most enjoy about bourbon is how accessible it is, and $40-$50 is more than enough get you a good drinking bottle. I've had most all of the bourbons on that list, and I like Four Roses the best of the author's selections that I've tried.

The article more less was an advertisement.

I refuse to drink Michter's and Jefferson's. The EH Taylor is good, but impossible to find. Plain Four Roses is, how should I say, rough. I like Makers, but would not seek it out as being premium. The beauty of bourbon is there are so many variables in flavor and finish, it is hard to go wrong.
