Darwin update
I think some member has a tag line: "When stupidity is no longer fatal, evolution ceases." True, but evolution is still having its effect here:

"HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - A college student whose father was killed in the Sept. 11 attacks has died after choking during a pancake-eating contest. …"

how does this have anything to do with darwin? When I was in the scouts we had these contests at all of our get-aways. if someone falls in a bike race and dies, is that darwin too?

I also don't get why her dad dying on 9/11 is relevant, other than how devastated the last daughter must be now.

20 year old with plans to serve others...seems like a shame.

And a pancake eating contest is hardly criticism worthy.
