There are some pockets of affluent areas (mix republican and the libtarded Koolaid drinking urban professionals), but way more areas that vote historically Democrat such as AA, Hispanic, artists, homosexuals, transvestites, etc. Best we've been able to muster is 27% but as long as she has a D next to her name she'll get elected.

Her only chance of losing is in the primary, but whomever she loses to will beat the Republican. She actually got her office because her Demonrat predecessor was one of the guys caught up in the 90s publishing of attendance records. He didn't show up enough to bring home the pork to buy votes.

In her case, the Peter Principle kicked in around around 4th grade.
