How about gopher tortoise burrow?

Very expensive.

We had to have a specialist come out and mark the potential burrows. The county sent out an inspector to approve the specialist's markings, then state had to send out wildlife conservation biologist to check the county inspector's approval of the specialist's markings. At this point, the specialist had two Mexicans dig up the burrows whereupon they found one gopher tortoise that was then promptly relocated to a State of Florida approved gopher tortoise preserve/sanctuary. It only took a month for the process to happen for the low, low price of $3,000.

I kid you not.
