I've never seen his videos before. Thanks for posting this one. I also watched the one about cooking rice. Does anyone here put furikake on their rice? I have never heard about that spice mixture.

Furikake is a dry Japanese seasoning meant to be sprinkled on top of cooked rice, vegetables, and fish. It typically consists of a mixture of dried fish, sesame seeds, chopped seaweed, sugar, salt, and monosodium glutamate.

Is furikake mentioned in the vid? Haven't watched it yet.
I have furikake often but only buy products made in Japan. Not elsewhere and especially not China.
I use it mostly for rice balls (as a snack) and ochazuke. And as a topping for nagaimo.
