I would like to have a reliable opinion as to the value of a transferable pre-86 Class III H&K that I have had since around 1985. Can anyone provide lead as to someone around Orlando that would be able to offer an opinion as to its value?

I know that The Armories do some Class III work. There's one not too far from you on Rte. 50 in Winter Garden just west of the 429 interchange and before you get to Daniels Road. They are pretty good guys and I have bought a couple of guns from them. I DO NOT know their level of experience with your request, however. I second the Armories as ArtieS say. They are good guys. They are one of the major sponsors of our ladies day event held at our club every year. "Well except 2020 because of the crud". Just give them a call and ask but as far as I know they are Class III dealers and can take care of this. The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution. I went to The Armories on Colonial. I believe they can help me with my question. Thank you Artie and 71 Truck.

If you want to get a ballpark value, www.machinegunpriceguide.com is a good starting point. The chart through July 2020 for MP5s of various flavors is here: http://www.machinegunpriceguid...erman_subguns_1.html Looks like $43k or so is the current ballpark for a sear gun. Hopefully The Armories can help narrow it down.
