I had mine taken out about 8 years ago through robotic surgery so I can't speak personally about those treatments.
I have a friend in western VA that had prostate cancer ( a recurrence) that had spread and went to this guy. He spoke highly of him and is still around 6 years later. Sounds like he is in your area.
