Wonder if either gun was on the CA approved list?

They don't arrest or prosecute juvenile shootings any more...

I forget what they called it in Chicago.

Hedley Lamarr: Wait, wait, wait. I'm unarmed.
Bart: Alright, we'll settle this like men, with our fists.
Hedley Lamarr: Sorry, I just remembered . . . I am armed.

The law changes on 1-1-22 so a minor may not possess a firearm. Definitely can’t buy one at 17. There may be some wiggle room if an adult gifted a gun to a minor. But if he’s out driving around with it ? Not so much. I’m gonna go out on a ledge here and say this case likely does not have legal possession on either end

These two idiots made the mistake of committing these felonies outside of LA and San Francisco counties.

In Tulare County, they're likely to be......charged and prosecuted! The horror!

I didn't realize California became a constitutional carry state overnight. Otherwise, I would have stayed.

That story actually pisses me off. Law abiding not connected citizens get to go out of their homes naked as far as self-defense goes but idiots can be armed.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.
