My family had one of these Amana Radar Ranges from around 1977. It finally went bad around 2009. God Bless

Similar to above poster, we got a radarange in 1978, it worked fine until several years ago when the timer went south. It was put in basement on top of filing cabinet for backup if the new one quit working. Sure enough, the new one lasted about 3 years. The old radar-range was called into service. Talk about 'they don't build things like they used to.' I guess the new one will last a few years, but the radar-range will stay in ready reserve. | |||
