The MSM KNOWS that many people only read the headlines, and don't look at the rest of report. That is why they seek to have Bolton's name and Trump's name separated by ONLY ONE WORD, time after time. All this is by design. Most people don't know the whole Bolton story and won't figure it out by seeing the headline.

The media are evil bastards working tirelessly for the left. I like to dig deeper when there is something gaining traction or claims that are a bit sensational. Every single time it turns out Trump didn't say or do what was claimed, he was taken out of context, or they just plain lied.

Remember the "Trump said inject yourself with bleach" during the early days of Covid? The media was flooded with stories such as "ER doc says Trump's suggestion is very dangerous". The news organization cleverly make it seem factual by citing an expert who claims it, or who implies Trump said it.

It is propaganda, which becomes self-reinforcing. People who, as you point out, are largely uninformed start to believe the constant barrage showing Trump is a horrible human. Then, each new headline reinforces their belief, and they don't bother to dig any deeper.

The media remains the biggest enemy to liberty. Leftists wouldn't gain power without them.

The people who only read headlines have always been that way, most likely the same ones who believe whatever political ads feed them. Lazy, not doing research, not being informed. They didn’t just wake up one day and said to themselves, “I’m going to be ignorant from this day on”. Again, nothing new. The corrupt media didn’t win shit. You’re giving them too much credit by admitting it’s a win for them. And we’re going to have to agree to disagree on this.
