This Sheriff always tells it like it is. Love the guy! Still I wonder - Is a 65yr old woman really doing drugs all night Sat and then getting up and going to church Sunday morning? https://www.msn.com/en-us/news...a078cc88cf7653&ei=30 "It's gon' be some slow singing -n- flower bringing............ if my burglar alarm starts ringing"

I dunno about the church part, but there are plenty of 60-70 year olds out there doing drugs, committing felonies, etc.

Was it my audio or did they mute every word related to drugs and death? Nine years to retirement! Just waiting!

The social media platforms don't allow references to death/drugs/suicide/guns/etc., so they edit their videos to remove those references in order to keep them from getting deleted or demonetized. But I'd much rather they just mute it than resort to those stupid euphemisms like some folks do... "The subject was unalived by police when they drew a pew-pew during an attempt to apprehend them for the distribution of party plants."

I don't think it was just yours. Also learned a new term, 'drip'.

A term we will not be using here, considering its origin and the fact that it's frequently used to denigrate white people. Anyone who thinks I am mistaken about that should pay closer attention.

I did not realize the part about denigration. My son uses it for baseball - a lot of his teammates like to wear jewelry and what I would call “swag”. I was just teasing him last night about the term, because in my mind all I can think of is nasal drip.. I’d completely forgotten using it in reference to a person being a “drag” or boring. Now I have to do more research, because we just picked up three new terms in the last 2 days that I haven’t understood yet and he’s about to start middle school. Something tells me the origin is similar. __________________________ "Trust, but verify."

I looked it up after reading the article and thought it was just meaning someone was dressed nice or was flashy and showing expensive stuff "It's gon' be some slow singing -n- flower bringing............ if my burglar alarm starts ringing"

That's what I got after looking it up, too. Politicians seem to have forgotten that they work for us, not the other way around. — — — — — — — — — — — — God bless America.

20 secs is all I could stand. Not going to watch anything that mute out almost every other word. Extremely annoying. Pretty sure that’s no different than reading declassified docs in which every other page is redacted. Q

I thought “the drip” was another name for Gonorrhea.

I've heard it said bejeweled babes are dripping diamonds. STD was my 1st thought when I read the thread title. ________________________ God spelled backwards is dog
