Just got back from the Galapagos and all of us who were on the cruise (16 total, including Mrs.BurtonRW and yours truly) thought it would be nice to share our pics/videos with each other, but agreed that email wasn't practical. So...

What's the best and easiest solution for a group this size? Dropbox is $$$ by the time you get to that many users and I have no experience with other cloud solutions.

Thanks for any recommendations.

I predict that there will be many suggestions and statements about the law made here, and some of them will be spectacularly wrong. - jhe888

Photocircle might work, although I'm unsure of costs. We had a photographer that used it to share a few albums (~400 photos) with us, and from our end at least it worked well.

"The people hate the lizards and the lizards rule the people."
"Odd," said Arthur, "I thought you said it was a democracy."
"I did," said Ford, "it is."
"So," said Arthur, hoping he wasn't sounding ridiculously obtuse, "why don't the people get rid of the lizards?"
"It honestly doesn't occur to them. They've all got the vote, so they all pretty much assume that the government they've voted in more or less approximates the government they want."
"You mean they actually vote for the lizards."
"Oh yes," said Ford with a shrug, "of course."
"But," said Arthur, going for the big one again, "why?"
"Because if they didn't vote for a lizard, then the wrong lizard might get in."

Right concept, but I'm looking for something with desktop functionality.

Thanks.

I think you could do this for free with IMGUR. Create an album and share the link. Images can be downloaded too.
