He lived a great life. 6/24/2009-2/3/2025. I will remember all the good time we had together. First five years we lived on a ranch and he had cattle and horses to to keep him entertained. The other dogs didn't play with him because he was to rough. He slept with the cats under to house and loved skunks for some reason. Killed lots of snakes and squirels. I miss Boone so much. It sucks but you got to keep your head up and keep going.

So sorry, you had a long time with Boone and I’m sure he enjoyed every minute of it.

10 years to retirement! Just waiting!

Very sorry. He looks like a great boy. Heelers are a unique breed. Introverts and love their families. Even though they are prone to bond to one person. They make great family pets. Nothing is more important to them. Great, great dogs. Not for everyone. But to their owner, the very best there is. Really hard to loose your best buddy. Wish you the best Blue dog. A very prominent handle you have too.

Condolences. I was fortunate to have two Red Heelers. They were the brains of the outfit.

He looks like a good dog.

Very sorry for your loss. He was a cute pup, and sounds like he had a ton of personality. You've gotta love a dog with some attitude, even if he did like to chase skunks! Their lives are always way too short, but the joy they bring more than makes up for that.

Pretty dang cute- love the Christmas stockings he had on. My sympathies on your loss, it’s hard when they’ve been with through thick and thin over the years.

It is so hard when we lose a dog, because of their unconditional love and the way they bring joy into our hearts. Take comfort in the fact you gave him the best life possible.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope you find comfort in knowing that you gave him an awesome life. It's never too soon to save another one. Each time I lose one, I try to get to the Humane Society as quickly as possible to give another one a chance.
