On a side note: All of this free state is mostly nonsense. While I get it. Or. is a great state with some awesome aspects. 80% is run by 20% of the NW corner. Yes Portland area is a shithole now. The rest of the state is not. Mountains, Ocean, valleys, desert, etc.
Florida has great aspect's too. But a lot of not so great aspects as well. Probably in reality a lot more negative than Or. For me anyways.
Again, good luck Benny. Just don't expect all Unicorns and rainbows.

Spent 3 years in Vancouver just across the river from Portland. Was never so glad to leave an area in my life. Welcome to the sunny South. Know you are going to love it here.
