In the last month or so I've been told that things have been said or events have happened or stuff had occurred that were God's way of

About now I am wondering if your God ever shuts up ?

Do these people think if their God is responsible for every aspect of their life ,
The people don't have to accept responsibility?


Good things ,bad things, whatever, it kinda gives me pause.

All three of the people could recite any line out of their bible, no doubt.

I don't know what to think.

Some people have minds wired in a way that lead them predisposed to believe certain things. If they study the Bible a lot, no doubt they will correlate events within a biblical template.

Things happen, good & bad, not necessarily evenly to everyone. I’ll be the first to say, life isn’t always ‘fair’.

I do see some get the short end more often than others, but most should of seen ‘bad luck’ approaching.

I try to stay ahead of things as able, not always possible.

They take the Bible's teaching that god is in charge of everything and minutely directs the universe in every aspect literally.

I find this impossible to believe. Why would any omnipotent god care about whether a sparrow falls, or whether I get cancer or win the lottery?

I ascribe it to man's very strong desire to find some order in the universe and, even more than order, some cause for why things happen the way they happen.
