Yeah, I don't understand what the big deal was. The attendees already planned on spending the long weekend at this desert campground. The only thing that wasn't planned was the rain. For those who didn't want to camp in the rain they could've checked the Weather Channel.

Because there were plenty of people who didn't plan on staying for the entire event, who couldn't leave. But yeah, check the forecast...
