Probably to little to late if he is having health (breathing) problems but I hope not. I have enjoyed his music and concerts. Whiskey River will always be one of my favorites.

He could have been having an acute infection going on, or an exacerbation of underlying disease. Some antibiotics and some steroids and he could be back to normal. But his age and history is against him. Good Luck Willie.
