Jury selection will begin this week. Hoping it is televized. The Elizabeth Holmes trial is ongoing. It is an important case, but I am sure it is a real snoozer with all the scientific evidence etc.

It's in federal court - no cameras allowed.

I don't know that there is a rule or law against televising federal trials, but even if a judge could allow it, I cannot imagine a federal judge permitting it.

For that matter, I don't know why state court judges allow it either, unless the law forces them to. There is almost nothing to be gained by it, and it has the potential to create a circus.

I think federal judges do it because they can and state court judges do it because they have to. Plus, someone has to keep the sketch artists employed.

I think it is great to have them televised. I have testified in court numerous times and always learn something new. I think it helps educate the public. I am not for televising divorce or child custody matters. The coverage of the Rittenhouse trial by certain media publications has been grossly slanted. If you had not viewed the trial you would have no idea of the bias.

Agree the Rittenhouse trial being televised has been very valuable to see the obvious prosecutor attempts to railroad Rittenhouse.

After witnessing the prosecution team for Rittenhous, all trials should be live-streamed for all of the public to see if they wish.

We have the technology.

We've forced cameras onto our 1st responders, and it has only exonerated them for the most part.

The feds have placed cameras all over the country... we need to watch them back.

Cameras in every courthouse and every government proceeding.
