I was thinking about ordering one, in a size 10....and then sending back a few times, and insisting it's not a size 10. See what he does

I'm seeing available until May 6.

RE: copyright - even if he didn't register it, Dave still has copyright protection. It started when he finished the first ring. Registration would allow him additional recourse for dealing with infringement, as well as serve as proof of ownership.
