They charged that 18 year old kid with assault? Ok shouldn’t there by a weight limit for an assault charge? I don’t know what dildos weigh but the dildo cannot weigh enough to cause even a scratch. If someone could make a determination that the "dick kick" was intentionally directed at someone, then they could be charged on the same basis.
