Is STL the closest to fly into?

I'm from Missouri and I had to lookup where/what that is, never heard of the town. Fly into KC, its closer and there are probably more flights than STL. There is a casino in Boonville, MO. Its a beautiful area of Missouri, scenic overlooks of the Missouri River. Don't fly into Columbia, that will cost 3 arms and two legs most likely and there is probably only 1 flight a day and you'd still have to rent a car and last I knew, they didn't have on-site rentals there. That town is probably only an hour or an hour and a half from KC airport.
