At least it was on the last day of your vacation. I would have sucked worse going to the hospital on the first day of your vacation.

Get well soon.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

hi all

thanks for the wishes

I was on the bed for quite awhile but I think the docs were very thorough

The ambulance was at the condo in 12 minutes - seemed like a long time but it wasn't. The crew checked me out and gave me the choice of going to the ER or not.

My wait time at the ER from the time I went through the door until the nurse came over was less than 5 minutes. All around good service.

I was very tired Sunday and pretty much slept most of the day. Now taking a beta blocker.

Feeling better today but resting a lot. Was supposed to leave for Tucson Sunday (yesterday) - thats been delayed until Thursday. Going to be a long 3600 miles.

Fatigue and dizziness are common side effects. They usually improve with time.

Any family members or friend(s) who can help you make the drive? Might be worth buying their airfare back home.

That’s what I’ve been working on trying to coordinate. No one can do the whole trip so it’s being broken up into pieces.

we made Manchester, NH. A long first day of driving - about 11-1/2 hours door to door. Going take it easier tomorrow - we just needed to get this far today. Started out in the rain for the first 200 miles, then sunshine and cloud the rest.

Its nice to be back in the US.
