I don't disagree with you. Actually, I concur heartily. This crime certainly falls under mental. I want to get this corrected but, on the other hand, I don't want to allow an overswing to the other side. Actually, they are made by judges, based on the testimony of psychologists with specialized training, and the testimony of others, including the individual to be committed.
But judges would never base a decision on their own bias, would they?
