Looks like a good shoot. “A customer in a Virginia Beach 7-Eleven shot two people who were allegedly trying to rob the convenience store Thursday morning, killing one of them and injuring the other, police said. Virginia Beach police were called at 2.10am to the 7-Eleven located in the 100 block of 130 South Newtown Road. One man was dead at the scene and another man was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with life threatening injuries, according to authorities. Two witnesses who were inside the store told 10 On Your Side that two young men wearing hoodies and bandannas, covering their faces, walked in with what looked like real guns and told everyone to freeze. The suspects went behind the counter and started talking money out of the register and putting it in his pockets. That's when the witnesses said they heard gunshots. …… Police confirmed the customer, who was 'in possession of a legal weapon,' shot the suspects…” https://mol.im/a/7285779 Serious about crackers

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should |
There are lots of military folks living in the area and mostly reasonable gun laws. There was a high probability of encountering an armed civilian if you keep up this behavior in that area. These three were likely responsible for a string of robberies that night so letting them leave was not necessarily going to end well. The third guy was found nearby. ___________________________ Avoid buying ChiCom/CCP products whenever possible.

I'm sure the two were stealing the money to turn their lives around. Yeah...it's a worn-out saying, but you just can't let it go. Only problem is that just 1 of the rabid dogs was put down; unfortunately not both. "If you’re a leader, you lead the way. Not just on the easy ones; you take the tough ones too…” – MAJ Richard D. Therefore, as tongues of fire lick up straw and as dry grass sinks down in the flames, so their roots will decay and their flowers blow away like dust; for they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty and spurned the word of the Holy One of Israel." - Isaiah 5:20,24

It may be just the beginning for the shooter. _____________________ Be careful what you tolerate. You are teaching people how to treat you.

Wait, what? |
What is Virginias felony murder law for the accomplice? Does he get charged for the death during the commission of the felony? I think the shooter will be justified as long as he can articulate the fear of injury or death of the employees/other patrons. “Remember to get vaccinated or a vaccinated person might get sick from a virus they got vaccinated against because you’re not vaccinated.” - author unknown

Not sure for first part, hope he is charged. If you read the whole article, there is no way he's getting charged. All the witnesses are calling the guy a hero and saying he saved lives. He's going to be A-ok. Jesse Sic Semper Tyrannis

I love how the two were “allegedly trying to rob” the store while the armed citizen definitely “shot two people”. Not that I’m surprised, but the double standard is becoming deeper. Success always occurs in private, and failure in full view. Complacency sucks…
