The part about Hillary "campaigning aggressively" in Pennsylvania is simply not true. She campaigned relentlessly in the Democrat filth-hole of Philadelphia but not all over the rest of the state like Trump did.

President Barack Obama thought it was over and did not want a messy recount.

First came a call from White House political director David Simas to Clinton’s campaign manager, Robby Mook. “POTUS doesn’t think it’s wise to drag this out,” Simas said.

But Clinton was dragging it out.

So then she got a call from POTUS. “You need to concede,” urged Obama, who repeated the message in a follow-up call to Clinton’s campaign chairman, John Podesta.

This is confusing me. WITF would Hillary be taking orders from O, much less an order to concede? What was he going to do if she didn't?

Come to think of it, why would O care about a messy recount? Was he somehow worried about the validity of his own election or was he just being a mindless patronizing asshole who simply assumed that it was up to him to be the only adult in the room?

Side note: On election night, I went to bed early because I had a very early flight the next day, so I wasn't able to watch the results come in. I had a business trip to NYC and it just so happened working at the Jacob Javitts center where that nasty slag was to have her celebratory speech. On one of my caffeine breaks, I exited the exhibit hall to hit Starbucks within Javitts. As I sipped my coffee, I observed about 400 union scaffold workers tearing down her stage (at probably $14,000,000 per hour) and I couldn't help but associated the dismantling of the stage with the dismantling of her political career.
Fuck her.

Who were all those people ... They're as unimportant in my life as I am in theirs.

And Pennsylvania? We're mostly people who work with their hands. We make things with value. Hillary failed miserably among this group.

Among my favorite election night images? An empty Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.

I stayed up and watched election night. Had a drink every time they called a battleground state for Trump. My biggest memories of that night were:
1: Watching when Fox called WI for Trump. At that point it was done. People outside the studio (apparently watching a live feed outside) let out a loud cheer which was caught by the studio mics when they were putting up the graphic it was being called.
2: The abject cowardice displayed by POSHitlary on that night. She sent one of her slimeballs (Podesta IIRC)out to give that "we're still counting and won't know anything until the morning, so go home" talk. But by then The Hag had already called Trump to concede. She didn't have the courage to face her own SUPPORTERS, so how does anyone think she'd have the ability to even stand up to the crazy fat kid in the Chinese waiter costume?
3: The class and Presidential tone of Trumps acceptance speech. During the campaign he was blunt and direct. But here he was striking a tone of trying to get people to calm down and pull together. He knew the GDC's wouldn't (as has been demonstrated), but he had to hold out the olive branch and he did.

Thing is, The Hag is trying to position herself for another run at it. Her own ego won't allow her to just slip away into the night. And she could win the nomination again. Her GDC opponents might not bring up her issues, and especially her election night cowardice. But I have no doubt the Trump campaign could and would make effective use of it.
