RHINOWSOYeah, the Kavanaugh debacle was simply the Left trying to hold up the process until after the mid-terms and hope they take the Senate.
They were able to make it painful with RINOs like Flake, but really had no power other than the MSM / SJWs to attempt this process.
Now, they have even less power with 53-47, so the RINO wet blankets have zero power (Romney, Collins, Murkowski).
But they will yell / scream / kick for sure. Even more so if it happens late 2019 or early 2020 before the Pres, since the 'rule' alluded to by Cocaine Mitch refers to a 'lame duck' President, which Trump wont be unless he loses in Nov 2020.
So we have a good 15 months plus of opportunity window to make this happen.

She will also be a dangerous and unreliable drunk because of the half-empty daquiri glass in the same photo, and a homophobe because she RSVP'ed "regrets" to the "commitment ceremony" of her second cousin in 1996.
And all any of this will accomplish is a) another Trump-appointed conservative Associate Justice and b) we'll have more glaring evidence that the left has actually gone drooling, crapping-themselves and babbling "My Old Man's a Mushroom" insane to the point of impotency.

pbslingerMaybe house commences impeachment proceedings for anything, emoluments, obstruction, etc. Find a judge to rule a president is neutered until proceedings are resolved. Delay until approach of 2020 campaign. Or alter special council investigation into a criminal investigation of DT, and find a judge to rule DT has no nomination powers until investigation is resolved or over.

I’m about to the point where I’d like proof of life; I absolutely don’t put it past the left to hide her death for as long as possible to try and gain an advantage. If she really is competent and “working from home”, it should be a teleconference. If she cannot, she should be found incompetent and removed.
