It's a reasonable and prudent person's belief that a deadly force situation is present. One of the reasons I prefer to see people receive formal training on the use of deadly force from an informed source before carrying concealed (even in a "Constitutional Carry" state like Arizona), is so they'll be properly educated regarding this issue. What they "feel" or read "somewhere" just doesn't cut it.
